Q.How do I get my content?

A. Login to your private portal at and choose your content to download or view online.

Q.When is my content available?

A. Upload times may vary. Typical upload times can range from 30-90 minutes.*

Q.What file format will my content be in?

A.   MPEG-4 movie

Q.Do I own my content?

A. Yes...your content is stored on our server for up to 90 days, and then automatically deleted.**

Q.How do I cancel my membership?

A. You can cancel your membership at anytime, with 30 days notice.

Q.How do I schedule/reschedule a pod session?

A. All scheduling and rescheduling of pod sessions can happen online at Pod sessions must be scheduled at least 60 minutes ahead of time. There is a 12 hour cancellation policy. All pod sessions not cancelled with at least 12 hours notice will be forfeited. Additional pod time can be purchased for $69 each. 

Q.What hours are the pods available?

A. Monday-Friday from 8am to 6pm. Saturdays and Sundays 10am-5pm. (Major Holidays by request only)

Q.Can I have more than 40 minutes in the pod?

A. Yes. You can have additional pod time, if available, for $69 per session.***

Q.How many people can be in a pod?

A. We have 2 pod sizes availble. Our small pod accommodates up to 4 people. Our large pod accommodates up to 8 people. 

Q.Can Media Podz edit my files?

A. Yes. Media Podz can edit your files for $49 per hour. (3 hour minimum)



*Media Podz is not responsible for power outages, ISP outages, or other instances they may impact and or delay upload times.

**Your media is stored on our cloud based server for 90 days. You are responsible for downloading your content and saving it on your computer.
